In essence, having Ketu in the fourth house and Rahu in the tenth house indicates that you are coming from a karmic background of developing security through activity that was not based on concrete, practical, and material actions, but rather your inner life. You will need to work more on developing your outer security and finding satisfaction in making this world a better place. You will need to be more consistent and embark on a steady course of action. Many people with this placement acquire high positions in government or are otherwise very successful. Others gain recognition through hard work and effort.
While fame is not necessarily something you may want to chase, you need to allow yourself to feel good about your achievements and your impact on the world. You need to talk more about your emotional needs and try to put yourself — step by step — in situations that make you emotionally vulnerable. You need to develop a wider range of emotions and allow greater flexibility in this area of your life. It will be essential for you to realise that you have the power to feel good about yourself.
