In my experience of working with clients throughout the years, I have found that the primary cause of dissatisfaction with orders is a lack of attention to my policies or neglecting to thoroughly review the report description they are interested in. Customers may sometimes expect services or features beyond what is outlined in my policies, leading to frustration when I am unable to accommodate these requests. Therefore, I ask you kindly to carefully read these descriptions to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Remember that I use Tropical Zodiac for calculating your planetary placements. Unlike most Vedic astrologers, I come from a school of thought that believes in the greater accuracy of Tropical Zodiac over Sidereal Zodiac for calculating planetary placements. While I respect astrologers who utilise the latter type of calculations, I personally favour Tropical Zodiac due to both its logical coherence and its alignment with my intuitive understanding. Hence, I respectfully request that you refrain from requesting your chart to be done using Sidereal Zodiac, as my commitment to integrity prevents me from using a system that I believe lacks accuracy.
Before ordering a reading, reflect on the reason why you need my services. Regardless of the diverse reasons people may seek astrological guidance, I consistently approach each case with diligence, empathy, and respect. However, I have noticed that clients who are primarily interested in gaining self-understanding and guidance rather than seeking future predictions tend to derive more beneficial outcomes from my reports. Your patience and adherence to clearly defined turnaround times are greatly appreciated. Please note that various types of readings may need different preparation duration. Comprehensive analyses of full birth charts, for instance, can range from one week to one month for completion, depending on your chosen option. Given that turnaround times are explicitly outlined in most item descriptions, there is no need to send multiple inquiries regarding the timing of your reading’s delivery, unless there is a rare occurrence of a delay or if you have placed a more customised order.
You are welcome to ask additional questions and provide feedback. I am always delighted to offer clarification or additional guidance, both prior to placing your order and after the reading has been delivered to you.
